Sidewalk dark with rain
Fog hangs low, clinging to cars
What are you doing?
Somewhere far away, alone
I breathe in cold air

Sidewalk dark with rain
Fog hangs low, clinging to cars
What are you doing?
Somewhere far away, alone
I breathe in cold air
Liked this poem? Try Hazelnut Coffee or Blue January.
Hazelnut coffee
in the early gray morning
I drink thoughts of death
Grappling with the loss of those
once living I read poetry
Liked this poem? Try Blue January or Backyard.
Blue January
sky, crisp air nips with whipping
wind. My face is cold
Seconds slip past and I feel
this new year sliding away.
Liked this poem? Try Backyard or Rain Pours.
Palm trees sway in the
backyard quiet gurgle of
the waterfall fall-
-ing into the pool, crows caw
as I close my eyes to sleep
Liked this poem? Try Rain Pours or Destruction.
Rain pours, morning sky
glows gray fog settles low and
warm scent of coffee
flowers through the apartment
pups soft snore, murmurs in bed.
