A Note About This Poem: Questioning how we ‘see’ our dreams, how we ‘talk’ about them (to ourselves or to people). The strange occurrence when dreams seem to have a plotline (a story to tell) and how we think about these stories as somehow linked to each other.
I read a selection of my poems, some old and some new as well as one of my favorites from this blog “Clean My Body“. I had a great time and even though I was partially scared out of my wits to read my poetry on stage, I was absolutely thrilled to have this opportunity.

I would love to do more poetry readings like this and maybe even dabble in a few competitions if possible. These kinds of events help unite a community of writers, poets, and fans. I love it!
What a great experience! I want to say thank you to the Utah Arts Fest for having me and to the handful of people who came to hear my reading! Thank you! thank you!

I also want to give a shout out to my friend and photographer for this reading, Elizabeth G. Keith, thank you so much for not only taking photos but giving me much needed support to get on that stage!
