Poem #168 (Snow or Spring)

 

 

 

Snow paints the ground,

the cement hidden by white specks

like dandruff only wet and slimy.

Gathering in the corners, becoming

a dirty grey slush, the snow

solidifies into ice. Hard-packed

and slick.
